CLAN DRUNKEN LLAMAS

ARTICLE 1) Leadership
CDL is an unofficial organization that should be led by one or more semi-competent individuals (areas of competency is irrelevant).

ARTICLE 2) Chairs
CDL will consider creating departmental chairs and possibly assign official duties (which are to be followed/heeded at whim).

ARTICLE 3) Structure
Group decisions may or may not be thought of, decided and followed. Maybe.

ARTICLE 4) Meeting Procedures *
An official CDL meeting should take place at an establishment where alcohol is allowed (and encouraged). These will be hereby be given the title “LLAMA NIGHT” (whether they are held day or night), and all “Llama Nights” will maintain the following procedure where one (or more) of the conditions below are met:

A) Meeting outline with Cocktails
B) Review of last meeting with Cocktails
C) Follow meeting agenda (during cocktails)
D) Break (Random discussion on any topic. Cocktails optional)
E) Discuss any new business over Cocktails.
F) Closing statements with after-dinner cordials (e.g. brandy, cognacs)
G) Begin toasting with cocktails
The Toasting shall be to –
–     1) Brethren of the CDL
–     2) Alcohol (A decree!)
–     3) Random name from a phone book (Or whatever.)
–     4) Another topic (Coffee, Chocolate, etc.)
–     5) A once a year free trip around the sun!
–     6) Open floor

– Please try to keep all toasts to under five (5) minutes!!

ARTICLE 5) Appreciation
At any time during a LLAMA NIGHT, it is permissible to stop and interrupt any and all procedures upon the discovery and happenstance of a new alcoholic beverage, a firearm, a person of the fairer sex or perhaps anything else that strikes your fancy! Please note that this appreciation may be a declaration or by raising their beverage in a silent toast if desired.

ARTICLE 6) Reporting
In the event of a great idea, and/or an actual decision/voting does takes place during LLAMA NIGHT, someone should document it by posting it in either our pages.  Either Facebook or the Forums pages.
(to see if the idea is as clever in the morning as it was the night before!)
